V-Lock Rotary Actuators Overview
V-Lock rotary actuators utilize a double-rack mechanism with integrated play take-up, ensuring smooth, accurate, and repeatable rotation. The angle of rotation is adjustable from 0° to 180°, allowing adaptation to a wide range of motion control requirements. These actuators are available with mechanical stops, integrated hydraulic decelerators on select sizes, or external hydraulic decelerators for higher kinetic energy applications. The signature V-Lock dovetail and groove system is integrated into both the turntable and the lower body, enabling fast, precise mounting and direct connection to other V-Lock components without additional hardware.
