Plugs and caps are used to seal and protect hydraulic components from damage. Caps have a female thread with a hex-shaped head and plugs have a male thread and a head that is square, hex-shaped, countersunk or designed with a socket. Plugs and caps are offered in steel or stainless-steel material with thread sizes from 1/16” to 2”. Available thread types include JIC, NPT and ORB.
